Zach Shemon is passionate about saxophone pedagogy and enjoys sharing his knowledge with music students of all levels.

Shemon serves as the Associate Professor of Saxophone at the University of Missouri - Kansas City Conservatory. The UMKC saxophone studio is currently comprised of sixteen undergraduate and graduate students. Maintaining a competitive and thriving studio, members have gone on to win competitions, perform internationally, and earn secondary and collegiate level teaching jobs.
